Carl is a key part of our local government. As Highway Superintendent, he is responsible for our roads and highways. Carl and his team keeps them clear, maintained and safe. It's an important responsibility and one that he doesn't take lightly and Carl is known as one of the hardest working people in our town government.

Carl was born and raised in Cold Spring. He and his wife, Denise, have been married for 38 years and have 2 sons and 4 grandchildren. They currently live in the North Highlands.

"Everyone works well together," Carl says when discussing his department and how it interacts with our local government. He is proud of how that relationship has worked together for the benefit of our citizenry, especially with the Climate Smart program.

Carl is an integral part of our sound, open, and accountable Philipstown government. It's a group of good neighbors who put our community first and work hard to keep our neighborhoods beautiful.
