Beacon, Cold-Spring, Fishkill and Philipstown have all passed local laws allowing them to create a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA). A CCA allows homes and businesses to join together to save money and choose more renewable energy sources. If the CCA moves forward, all homes and small businesses that use Central Hudson as their energy supplier would be automatically enrolled in the CCA.
